IDEAS mission is to empower Microentrepreneurs in under-served communities
Role: End of Year Fundraising Campaign Management | 2024 -2025
Key Achievements
Fundraising: By integrating strategic donor segmentation, brand-centric communication, and targeted digital platforms, the initiative established a foundation for increased visibility and donor support. Key tactics included refining the GA Gives Day campaign, segmenting donors by tiers, and enhancing the overall brand presence across digital channels.
Web Redesign: The IDEASnet.org website redesign P\project was initiated to modernize the organization’s online presence, engage donors more effectively, and better showcase its mission-driven impact. This effort included developing donor-centric content, reorganizing the site’s layout for improved user experience, and developing a subdomain to highlight a specific initiative—helping underserved migrant entrepreneurs in Mexico.
Expertise
In this dual role, I seamlessly combined advanced fundraising strategies with innovative digital design to drive prospect list growth and resources for IDEAS. I developed personalized, donor-centric content development with targeted outreach. I help expand the prospect list from 74 to nearly 2,000, and helped promote the organization's new non-cash donation options (e.g., DAF, QCD), and established tiered donor structures to boost retention. Simultaneously, I led a mobile-first website redesign—conducting heuristic evaluations, refining site architecture and user journeys, and creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud. I managed the development of the site. This effort helps to create a visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly experience across all devices, that align digital innovation with strategic fundraising goals.
